Reporting to the BT Manager - BPM Consultant will be responsible for playing a key role in BPM Software Implementation and Customization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Interfacing’s cloud-based standard operating procedure (SOP) software aligns corporate policies to operations and bridges the gap between process and procedure management.
• Automate the Workflow Process.
• Approvals/Routing. Automation of user interactions, approvals, requests, tracking etc.
• Managing integration and interactions between systems and events. This might leverage data processing and transformation as well as cleanup rules.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong understanding of core business processes within Finance, Procurement and HR.
• Preferred working experience in migration projects
• Hands on experience of process mapping

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree and an advanced degree (Masters, MBA)
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in process domain/ process design/ consulting experience
• Experience in process mapping in any modeling tool
• Proven ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Ability and willingness to act independently and take initiative

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
