Reporting to the BT Manager - CRM Consultant will be responsible for playing a key role in CRM Implementation and Customization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the organisation
  • Implementing CRM structure and architecture that will work seamlessly across the business and capture crucial information along the sales funnel
  • Ensure that the CRM strategy works well for every aspect of the business
  • Coming up with creative ideas for the changes we can make in CRM structure to make it more user friendly.

QUALIFICATIONS


  • Strong CRM knowledge
  • Hands on experience in CRM customizations and custom development
  • Experience in Salesforce/Zoho will be an advantage
  • A minimum of 1 full cycle implementations.
  • Proven capability in designing solutions and providing process consulting.
  • Experience with standard implementation activities, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, implementation, project documentation, and post-production support.

Education and Experience:

  • BE/MBA/M.
  • 2-3 years of CRM Customization
  • An aggressive personality, driven by performance would be a good fit for this role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
