Reporting to Manager-Operations the Human Resource Generalist will be responsible for enhancing the organisations human resource by planning,implementing and evaluating employee relations and human resource policies,programs and practices.
The desired candidate will have a background in Human resource administration, and deal with all sorts of issues related to the employees.

Managing talent acquisition process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring and onboarding.
Develop training and performance management program.
Handling resolution of employee issues, grievances and statutory aspects.
As an Human Resource Generalist at Geosys, you will be responsible for managing and administrating the human resource policies,procedures and programs.Â
Responsible for full life cycle of recruitment - Job postings,Searching resumes, Pre-Screening resumes and applications, scheduling interviews(Telephonic,Written Test & In person), Negotiating salaries and checking references, updating database and co-ordinating the new hires on the pre-joining and post-joining recruitment process.
Induction to the new entrants for familiarizing them with the organisation vision and values, hierarchy.
Imparting training to the employees and execute employee engagement activities.
Formulating and updating the terms and conditions of the organisation as an when required.
Identifying and administering employee benefits.
Manage payroll and statutory aspects and resolve any issues related to the same.
Maintaining attendance through software in accordance to leave management system.
Should be able to handle HR functions through HRMIS.
Undertake Performance management cycle.
Support and Maintain positive Employee relations.
Education and Experience:
MBA(HR) with an experience of 2 - 4 years.
Any Graduation with 5+ Years of HRM Experience
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Strong understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on listening and questioning skills.
