Reporting to the BT Manager - Branding Consultant will be responsible for playing a key role in Strategy Development for Branding of the Organization.

The desired candidate will possess a Brand Management background that enables to engage at all levels of customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for

  • Performing market research
  • Monitoring market trends
  • Brainstorming branding of services and product campaigns
  • Developing and monitoring brand strategy
  • Creating and monitoring campaigns
  • Assisting with strategic development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Strategy Development for Branding of the Organization.
  • Brand Managementi
  • Brand alignment – Both for Static Content and Dynamic Content.
  • Market segmentation and customer acquisition strategy
  • Positioning of Services and Evaluation of the Positioning of those services in the market.
  • Effectiveness tracking and ROI measurement
  • Product and service innovation with Brand positioning in the Market
  • Voice of the brand messaging
  • Corporate identity
  • Face of the brand and Trends analysis of the Brand on Social Media
  • Brand operationalization
  • Corporate Identity
  • Strategy for the Marketing execution
  • Customer experience strategy to bring the brand to life
  • Campaign to launch the newly defined Services with the organization brand
  • Brand metrics and management
  • Brand infusion into the organization culture

QUALIFICATIONS


Education and Experience:

  • 2-3 years of Brand Management Experience
  • An aggressive personality, driven by performance would be a good fit for this role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Graduation with MBA preferably
