Reporting to the Manager-Operations, the right person will provide effective delivery of managing all social media channels, campaigns, to have an engaging audience experience and to increase customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will be responsible for

  • Creating brand and improving the online reputation for Geosys.

  • Planning of Marketing Strategies to Help Drive Traffic and Engagement and Converting sales to Leads.

  • Measure site traffic, identify and evaluate new digital technologies and optimize marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media, and display & search advertising using web analytics tools.

  • Researches and monitors activity of company competitors and builds a Strategy for the Organisation. .


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

As a Communcations Specialist, you will be utilising detailed knowledge of CRM ideally gained from first-hand operational experience and implementing an on-going transition with-in the organisation.

  • Oversees all company social media accounts management.

  • Measure & Analyze to Establish ROI.

  • Coordinating with Training Leads.

  • Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages. .

  • Coordinates social media messaging with advertising departments, brand managers, and quarterly or seasonal company goals.

  • Analyses social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement.

  • Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaces.


QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience:

  • 2+ Years of Social Media Marketing experience on all major social media platforms – LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Google+, YouTube, and SlideShare.

  • Experience using Social Media Management Platforms like Hootsuite.

  • Demonstrates creativity and documented immersion in social media.

  • Any Degree and Professional Certification in Social Media Marketing would be an asset.

  • Diploma is Mass Communication, Public Relations, Media Studies is desirable.


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Advertising, Copywriting, Content Creation, Public Relations and Brand Marketing Experience.

  • Ability to critically apply and follow business process workflows to incorporate updates to the Geospatial datasets using survey plans and related information;

  • Proofreading and Editing Skills and Interpersonal Skills.

  • Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
